Ouskip Events

At Ouskip Holiday resort we cater for all kinds of event to meet your every need. As an entertainment venue, we take all manner of group bookings, from kids pool parties to corporate team building getaways. Within our large grounds we have a large hall, half olympic swimming pool, rolling lawns and a fully equipped catering kitchen. Take a look below at some of the events that you can contact or office for a booking.

Wedding Venue

Large hall seating for 200 people, equipped with stage, 200 chairs, 20 table for hire (seating 10 per table) and sound equipment for hire.Kitchen is available for self-catering with fridge, microwave, industrial gas stove with oven and dish washing facilities.

Preparations time can be arranged at the office We have 12 chalets, 6 bush camps as well as camp sites for caravans and tents. Photography areas are also available.

Picnic Venue

We have a large picnic area for groups from 20 person up to 200 persons, there are braai facilities and a shade port.Bring your own table, camping chair and umbrellas/gazebos. The swimming pool is also included for these groups. There are jumping castles available for hire.

Conference Venue

Caters for 10 to 50 people, Projector and screen available for hire. We have a caterer available with various menu options (from spit-braais and salads, three course meat meals to finger meals and snacks, tea, coffee and juice, breakfast, lunch and dinner, tables and chairs are supplied.

There is also a Pizza oven and a braai area off the conference centre. Wood available at the security. (Chairs for hire in braai area) For Self-catering. Cutlery and crockery to hire for up to 50 people.

Kitchen and equipment hire

For self-catering: Fridges, microwave, industrial stove with oven. Cutlery and crockery to hire for up to 50 people. No cooking implements available.

Catering

We have a caterer available with various menu options (from spit-braais and salads, three course meat meals to finger meals and snacks, tea, coffee and juice, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Main hall and conference hall only.

Swimming Galas

Our half-olympic can be hired for swimming galas, where all the adjacent facilities are there to compliment the event. Besides the large pool, there are the change rooms and a large grass area adjacent to the pool area.

Badminton Hall

There is a single court available. Please bring your own raquets and shuttle-cocks. Chairs are also available for hire.

Open Air Events

We welcome expos’, trade shows, flea markets, galas and concerts on our Picnic site. Ablution facilities, water and electricity available and braai areas. Bring your own tables, camping chairs and umbrellas/gazebos.

Photo & Video Shoots

We can accommodate photo and video shoots.

Park locations, outdoor (half size Olympic) swimming pool with grass and tree scenery and the sea is about 500m from the park

Swimming Pool Parties

We welcome kiddies parties, special birthday and office parties. Ablution with cold water showers available at the swimming pool. There are 5 shade ports bring your own tables and camping chairs and you may hire our slippery slide
